Clean up Design System

• [x] Navbar: Let's remove text until will have something. I want to think intelligently about what goes there.
• [x] Quick answer (https://cwds.dev/docs/4.3/templates/quick-answer/): Can you review correct sidebar content HTML structure? Is what you have here correct?
