Configure and set up fivetran and dbt #15

Creating an issue to log work related to getting dbt and fivetran configured appropriately in terms of users/groups/logging/etc.

This is a stub and will add to later

@ian-r-rose @britt-allen - I'm creating an issue to capture work related to configuring the platforms. I need to follow up on where the dbt sso work is and I think capturing here will be more efficient. And there are other things we can add here as we go.

@ThomasHaydon @NathanPBarnes - wanted to see what was needed on SSO configuration with Google? Can you let us know what next steps are.

My recollection is that we either needed:

  1. To grant one of you appropriate permissions to configure the integration
  2. Have @ChadABratton do the configuration as the super admin

Do I have that correct?

Also we'll want to set up groups on the Google workspace side that dbt can inherit. That's worth talking about with @ChadABratton first so that we can create a design first that can then be implemented with minimal disruption.

This is a very very old issue from when we first got things set up. Now that Okta is rolling out, we should pull this into that body of work.

@melanie-logan - going to reassign this to you, but we may want to close and create a new set of issues related to Okta rollout to clean this up.
