Coda Discovery Document page #256

Discovery docs:
- Use the Discovery main table and create a link within Caltrans / other projects: https://coda.io/d/Data-Services-Engineering_dY5Oul8-jdi/Document-Repository_suZpG#_lugRb
- Make the “Documents” Page the top level and “Discovery be below it. Rename “Discovery” to “Systems” or similar
- Doc type - keep loose for now but categorizing the type of document
- If related to a system or milestone include a link reference to that object so the team can easily get to it from where they are doing their work
- Add a subpage for important terms
- Look through Discovery subfolder in GDrive for anything else we should add
- Start with Caltrans - and ask the team if they have any other items to be added

Needs discussion if we really need to do this - documents are already available in the GDrive folder to everyone on the team so is this necessary?
