Retro on how we handle Weeklies

Based on the MDSA Survey feedback it might be helpful to give the Project Champion (or other member of client project team) practice running weekly meetings earlier in the project so they can adopt it more easily. Have a 30 min retro on this when Ian returns with the whole team.

Notes from MDSA Survey feedback:

How can Josh train someone from Caltrans on PM role?
How can we let the project champion have a more active role?
Break up in halfs (perhaps one half planning led by Josh, the other half have the project champion check in on project work)

The team met yesterday and had a good discussion, my next step is to summarize the meeting notes into a document with what changes we want to make.
