Ram needs access to...

[x] dbt (Caltrans and DSE)
[x] Fivetran (DSE)
[ ] Snowflake (CDSS, Caltrans, and DSE)

@ram-kishore-odi needs access to CDSS Snoflake which I do not have. I am granting him access to the DSE and Caltrans Snowflake accounts which I do have access to. @jasonlally @jkarpen

I opened a ticket with IT-Ops so Ram can get access to CDSS and so he can be OKTA provisioned as I currently do not have knowledge on how to do that.
