Snowflake related permission issues were reported by Summer / James that are possibly related to recent terraform upgrades.

Arman is requesting for permissions to create and work with notebooks in CalTrans

This is a placeholder ticket for handling all the issues.

The issues reported have been resolved and hence closing the issue

Here are the actions that were taken -

Updated snowflake permissions to grant ROLE RAW_PRD_READ to TRANSFORMER_DEV role on Snowflake ODI instance and added CREATE FUNCTION grant to TRANSFORMER_DEV on Public schema in CalTrans Snowflake instance to resolve issues reported by Summer and James
Got a confirmation from Arman that he is able to create notebooks after switching to Transformer_DEV role
