Need to set a standard for how to manage external communications with persons interested in Design System.

Tasks:

[ ] Determine team members responsible for replying to contact inquiries
[ ] Map communication workflow according to type of inquiry being made (implementation/adoption, collaboration, consulting/support, research/feedback, general)
[ ] Understand current contact form automated response capabilities
[ ] Draft communication content for each inquiry type
[ ] Update contact form on website to reflect changes needed

@extinah Can we sync this week on this? would like to get it rolling before we get sucked into training land.
