Requested by Annie Crew-Renzo:

We have access to an HCD course via InnovateUS that folks are automatically registered for when they sign up for the Innovation Skills Accelerator (already on our site). This is causing some confusion so I would like to list the courses separately on the site and hub, though they are a 2 for 1 deal.

At today's team meeting, we decided to publish this update outside of the release cadence because of the user experience on the Innovate US side. Development work is underway in this Figma file.
