Jeffery wants to punch up the “Tips and tools for working better” page header. He wants it to read “Tips and tools for improving service delivery”

👍 No discussion needed on my end. Are we bundling updates together in releases now? If not, I can do this today.

@m-sullivan7 lets bundle it all for a single batch release. I would like to track how much we get done each release.

Content update made in a v1.0.01 release branch (https://github.com/cagov/hub.innovation.ca.gov/pull/43). Ready to publish with release.
