Recommended reading: content design includes 4 links to guidance on alt text. The UX design team is thinking about our philosophy and guidance on alt text. @thepegisin and I feel 2 links no longer align with the design team's philosophy on alt text.

This issue is to remove these links:

Write helpful alt text to describe images - Harvard University 3 questions to help decide if an image doesn’t need alt text - Bureau of Internet Accessibility, a for-profit company
