Plan program-wide retro

Description

As we approach the end of the year, we want to have a program-wide retro to reflect on how far we've come and what we've learned from working with CA.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Look into what's worked in other program retros
• [ ] Plan agenda, logistics, and invitees with Diana + Regina
• [ ] Schedule for early-to-mid-November with Regina (after release 2)
• [ ] Include past contributors + Angela
• [ ] Identify synthesis/shareout needs for a future ticket

FYI, I reached out to Mike and he shared a few Mural templates:

• A 4Ls template. This is usually best for end of sprint/ongoing retros, but work taking a look at. My favorite set of prompts.
• A more generic/typical retro. You could adjust the last prompt to be about "your next project" instead of next sprint.
• This is one that Mural recommends — it more maps to the in-person white board exercise you'd do where you start at an individual level then group things together in themes. Good option for end of project.

He said he's used the first two on different teams but hasn't been a part of any end-of-project situations, but will ask around and think about what questions we might want to add that would be different from a sprint-based retro.
