compact grains (0% vacuum) and porous grains (30% vacuum) .
(M. Tazzari et al,2016) assume the following simplified volume fractional abundances from Pollack et al. (1994): 5.4% astronomical silicates 20.6% carbonaceous material 44% water ice 30% vacuum Thus implying an average dust grain density of 0.9 g/cm3 In all the cases is assumed amin = 5 nm and amax = 250 nm The opacities are in cm^2/g (gram of dust)

The 10mu silicate feature is slightly washed out and shifted to 11mu due to the small abundance of silicates (~8%) w.r.t to Water Ice.

there is a difference of about 100... Could you please check that they are both per unit mass of gas or dust? I have the feeling that one is per dust mass and the other is per total mass.
