Categories can not be sorted #2

The categories now seem to be fixed in alphabetical order ... it was
helpful in SimpleD being able to move the categories around in any desired
order. This can only be done in dsBudget by putting numbers at the front of
each category name -- it would be nice if this wasn't necessary. My
personal document currently has a page for every two weeks from now thru
May 2010, and as of now I'd need to fix all those entires. I know this
sounds nuts, but this helps me to be certain that I can tell what is truly
a surplus in the long run. It's difficult being paid every other Wednesday.

Added sorting capability similar to SimpleD Budget. To be released as part of 
2.0.5
