EURO (€) is displayed as "?" #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start DSBudget
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to see the "€" sign. Instead i see an "?".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vers. 2.0.11
OS = Vista Home Premium

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have fixed this issue and the fix will be
released as part of 2.0.12. If you are in the hurry, here is the current 
development
version of 2.0.12 which already includes this fix.
