Will not let me enter new budget category #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on "add new category" under budget section.  Nothing happens
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Just downloaded 2.0.18

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry for the trouble. I've released a new version 2.0.20. Please try the new 
version (I believe this issue is fixed - although I haven'n been able to 
recreate it)

Thanks, downloaded fine but when I try to open the old version pops up with the 
same problem.  Anyway to uninstall the old version?

Did you restart the dsBudget? You will need to right click on dsBudget icon on 
your system tray and click "Exit", then restart the application after you 
install the new version.
