Toggle between annual and monthly budget #49

Suggested improvement:
I have setup DS budget as an annual budget so that I can allocate recurring
expenses across the year, but I also need to see the budget position from month
to month in relation to expected inflow of income. Is it possible to set it up
so that one can toggle between different views: annual or current
monthly/fortnightly?

Marvellous program - thank you so much for your work on this.

Hi. dsBudget doesn't have yearly / monthly concept built in, but it is designed
to deal with either bi-weekly or monthly. So, unfortunately there won't be any
toggling feature available anytime soon. Can you live with simply using it as a
monthly budgeting tool, and maybe create a special page that says "Yearly
expense for 2011" and use that page to budget all of the annually occurring
expenses? Doing this way means that you have to set aside some money exclusive
to all the other monthly budgeting page, but that's how I use this tool. I have
several pages like "tax return 2011", or "health saving account" pages which
works fine for us.

Thank you - that is a great work-around.
