Hide/show deductions #7

Do you think it would be conceivable to allow the deductions in the income 
view to "hide" in a similar fashion to the graphs in the expense view?

My thoughts are something along the lines of having the total deductions 
showing only, next to a link saying "show deductions." Clicking the link 
would unveil all the individual deductions, just like the graphs in expenses.

I have added Show/Hide buttons for income deductions. To be released as part of 
2.0.5
