can't open ds budget error 118 #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.clicking on icon
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
could not load error 118

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
any version.  uninstalled and reinstalled but would not begin.  
Please provide any additional information below.

It started when I tried to open up in a different network since I was at a 
different location. This happened before.  Same situation.  The connection was 
fine but it woud not load.  The last time after about a month I retried it  and 
it reloaded with all my data.

Can you attach your dsbudget.log? It should be stored in your 
AppData/Roaming/dsbudget directory if you are running on Windows. Thanks!
