Problem with startnig program #13

Problem is Starting program after installation.

I got messages like: error in line 393

Try on 2 different WinXP SP3 and one WIN2003 server installation.

Help!

I've found the problem. 

It happens when main windows shows up; it checks the database for dates with 
entries. Since your database doesn't have any entries, it displays this error.

My fault. I will correct it at once!
