Compatibility to openocd-git #3

The patch provided for openocd 0.4.0 cannot be applied to the openocd-git 
version which is heavily under development. Eventually a new patch could be 
created

As MacPorts brought openocd 0.5 recently, i needed to have a look at it and 
create a new patch and Portfile.
The patch is attached here and should work for any openocd 0.5, for 
completeness, i also added my Portfile for the MacPorts openocd package.
