USBN2MC is a bit broken - and now Apple seems to need even cleaner devices than
before with their last 10.7.2 update. So i had to fix this today as i need to
flash something :)
This patch fixes the problems, now usbprog-jtag even works behind a hub on OSX.
Some cleanup also took place to make my compiler more happy.
Feel free to include it in the repo, besides this it might help other users for
a quick fix here.
