god of war 2 pal graphic error #1066

1) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.on the stage of kratos hades escape the image has black stripes with 
resolusion native and x2 and x3 as DirectX 11 hardware

yes this is a known upscaling issue.

That glitch is from scaling. Either use native resolution or software mode.
Hacking this would most likely remove the wanted blurring effects.

The black lines happen in few places, I tried hackfixing it but as rama said 
that involved removing the effect altogether and instead of looking underwater 
it would look like you're floating in air which is not any nicer... 

It also works fine when using native resolution so removing it completely is 
not really an option, a proper fix will be needed for it and won't happen for 
some time probably.

and ghosting effect is not good too. i use ofset hack and is ok but without it 
is like ghost :(

That's the same issue. 
We offer a hack for this one though, as a hack is possible here.
