[ Black Screen ] Eternal Poison #121

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?

No.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?

The Game shows a black screen after the PS2 boot and play background music. 
When pressing START boutton, the emulator crashs. 

3) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system?

- The official 0.9.6.

[*]Amilo XI 1546 Laptop.
[*]XP SP 2.
[*]Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00Ghz (2 CPUs).
[*]2046MB RAM.
[*]ATI Mobility Radeon X1800 ( 256 MB ).

5) Please provide any additional information below.

Same problem with ZeroGS, played with setting ( speed hack, sound etc) but
no result.

This game was playable on 0.94 with ZZogl. Hard to tell, when it became 
unplayable.

Deleted image since it didn't contain any useful info (just showed a black 
screen and
a basic console log dump with no errors or useful msgs.)

I have this same issue, but the emulator doesn't crash after hitting start. I 
can
hear the menu sounds in the background when pressing up/down.

I also have the same issue.

* black screen.
* no sound (pcsx (not pcsx2) also has no sound with any plugin but I can at 
least SEE
the bios graphics at startup)
* will not crash with start button, unlike the first poster.

running zzogl 0.21.211 (file "libZeroGSoglr.so.0.21.211", I know it says ZeroGS 
but
it really us zzogl).

running gentoo. I could not get zzogl to compile whatsoever, it always failed,
regardles of what version (Even svn) so I downloaded one from the net and this 
is
where I'm at.

the original ZeroGS plugin crashed, hence me using zzogl now.
