Sorry, I had not played in {Gacha Mecha Stadium - Saru Battle[NTSC-J]} rather
than {Ape Escape - Pumped & Primed[NTSC-U]}.
I buy Ape Escape - Pumped & Primed[NTSC-U].
but pcsx2 can't work Ape Escape - Pumped & Primed[NTSC-U].
The Japanese version and English version Stop in the same place.
but English version stop Reading Sector 533293.
In the game there is only the difference in the Japanese version or English
version.
the English version is the position of the sector is the Japanese version was a
little different.
but When English version analyzed by isobuster,was found with the same
content(TITLE.IPU).
In addition, when TITLE.IPU analyzed in ps2dis, also Japanese and English
versions, this sector of the instruction code ps2 together.
To try, I rewrite the instruction code ps2 part of this sector. It is rewritten
in the Japanese version.
Then, pcsx2 into game (the the Japanese version)
but unstable.
Finally, the log of behavior when pcsx2 and the following parts rewritten. (See

Yeah, the IPU (video) unit is a bit broken in PCSX2.
It's an important ToDo on our list.

Calculation of mult (in the TITLEIPU) is 0 * 0, assigning the 0 to HI and LO
register.
Cleared to 0 ,HI and LO register.
I do not know why stop at mult.
Myself do not know what problem of mult instruction or problem of HI,LO
register
Because why I do not know the details of the mult instruction in PS2.
Also I do not know the details of the mult instruction in pcsx2

I play in pcsx2-r5393
I made sure that this game software(japan&english) can be into game
This problem was resolved by r5393 bug fixes
