Zone of the Enders 2nd runner crashed

1) Did the game ever work correctly
yes, until facing the first boss, it crashed

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
I tried with r5147 and r5152, after first cutscene, it just black screen 
without sound. If i tried to press start to skip the cutscene, it's stop with 
recent cutscene.
I tried r5144. When meet the first boss, it crashed. It was so bad so i could 
not close pcsx2 application, even i tried pushed ctrl alt del. In the end i 
have to restart my PC by pushing the restart button on my PC

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
r5144,r5147 and r5152
On win7
Direct X 11

5) Please provide any additional information below.
i put the hacks on.

can you use a recent SVN and possibly using NTCore's 4GB Patch on the pcsx2 exe 
and see if it works? (you can google the patch)
