the bug when pcsx2 hangs as process is beck
it was fixed few revisions beck and now its broken again.
I am not sure when it was broken but in last few revisions as all happened 
recently (fixing/breaking)

I can't reproduce it here. Please try to find out what causes the problem so we 
can work on it.

well ok,i can't reproduce it either by "old" way,but i got it stuck twice in 
last 3 days,without being aware of it.noticing only later.
I will update this when i learn how to reproduce it.

Ok ,it happened again.
Wasn't playing games for few days,and now i sat down to play valkyrie 2 ,after 
finished playing i turned off pcsx2 and it stayed as active process

This is probably a different bug than the one I fixed, but without a way to 
consistently reproduce it there's no way to fix it short of changing the 
shutdown code completely (which is planned, but isn't a priority).

in r5447 and r5483 MTVU code was changed... is this bug still present?
