Fifa 2002 not working under 0.9.8 and 0.9.0 (works under 0.9.6 though) #1297

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.under 0.9.0 game wont startup
2.under 0.9.8 start any type of game and pass the ball, it crashes when the 
player hits the ball
3. under 0.9.8 enemy players wont pass the ball but just stay on one place 
forever if they try to

3) no error report, sound loops the last ~0,1 seconds, no new frames.

4) Basic Plugins, 0.9.0 / 0.9.6 / 0.9.8
Windows 7
amd athlon x4 955BE not OC
ati radeon 6950HD not OC

5) Please provide any additional information below.

what settings have you tried? did you try changing your VU to use superVU? did 
you change your clamp/rounding settings for EE and VU?
what else did you try?

we need more information please.

can you try a recent svn build? also try an spu2 plugin from the 0.9.6 release.
