All Star Pro-Wrestling III (SLPM653) broken by r5245 #1317

1) Please list the latest versions (Official Releases) and/or svn revisions
the game is known work correctly with.

This game works with r5244 and older.

2) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7.

3) Describe the regression: What is the expected output?  What do you
experience instead?

The main-menu/character-edit/in-game graphics are extremely slow.  This problem 
had been reported as Issue 866 but was fixed once ago.  I tried with bisection 
method and found that revision 5245 caused the regression.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just run the game and the problem will occur when player presses START to enter 
the main menu.  Though the main menu can be fixed by enabling EETimeHack, the 
in-game graphics cannot be fixed.

I have also tried r5277 and r5347, and they both fail.

okay can you try the new build with an old GSDX please, i just want to be sure 
that isn't causing the new bug (as 5245 was a different one which stopped the 
game working completely)

Is this still broken in recent builds? Having hell of a time trying to find a 
copy of this game in shops!

This game works now, however the first All Star Pro Wrestling which many feel 
is better does not

of course it still exists in r5350, it always will, forever, until you die. Try 
getting a new SVN version?
