GT4 not working with 0.9.8 but works with 0.9.6. #1337

PCSX2 0.9.8 Win7 Ultimate 32-bit.
Gran Turismo 4 always crashes the emulator but works well with ver. 0.9.6.

0.9.8 is outdated, 1.0.0 came out in may and GT4 runs absolutely fine.

I'm aware that the PAL version of the game is actually broken right now..

I know one version never really worked properly, but i wasn't aware of any 
regressions..

Yea, tried it just now and still refuses to boot.
It hangs shortly before the intro fmv should start.

gran turismo 4 pal - fully playable, use EE/IOP FULL / vu's Exrtra + preserve. 
use ingame brightness to 0 to fix the rest of the graphical bugs
