BLACK, player gets stuck on spot and stays in running pose #1402

1) happens on all builds since the game became playable.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start first mission, at some point the player will get stuck running on the 
spot. restarting the mission allows you to play again, but it can happen again 
at random.

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
see 2, you can't move, you can still turn to look around but can't move.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
r5645. windows 7 x64 sp1. lilypad 5403 0.11.0

5) Please provide any additional information below.
game runs full speed, still missing sky and post processing effects. just the 
annoying input glitch that stops the game from being 100% playable.

6) Attachments.  *IMPORTANT!*  We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please keep attachments to UNDER 200k!  Do not upload
blockdumps!  Do not upload MP3 dumps or screenshots in BMP format.  Try to
use 3rd party image hosts for screenshots when possible.

Can you try using vu/fpu clampibg on full and none,  if that doesnt work try 
different rounding modes

hi, ok I just gave it go on different round modes & clamping settings, changing 
rounding modes slowed down the game to an unplayable level, so much that it 
froze. clamping modes didn't seem to do anything. my character still gets stuck 
in random spots, I can recreate it each time, I only need to touch a wall or 
corner of an object and I get stuck to the spot and can't move, but not every 
wall or object, so far there's only two places that I get stuck to the spot, 
but it means I can't progress as.
