GiGaHeRz's DEV9 driver plugin is causing my emulator to crash on bootup #1408

i'm using AMD athlon x4, games started crashing on bootup since svn5595, which 
is when GiGaHeRz's DEV9 driver was changed to default plugin for DEV9. I 
switched back to DEV9null driver and everything went fine again.
