Timesplitter3 huge speed lost wirth mtvu on #1416

The problem occurs right after the free radical logo, pcsx2 speed drops from 
~60fps to unknown since the counter still showing ~60fps but the game feels 
like is running around 10-15fps.

This seems to happen to any revision able to use mtvu and have it on.
I've tested rev4884, 4649, 5032, 5363, 5593, 5649 and 5691 all the same.

We warn about this. Some games aren't compatible with the hack and this is one 
of them.
In fact we're lucky not more games break since the hack is very invasive.
Thanks for reporting but yea, nothing to do here except turning it off.
