When ever i try any PCSX2 Revision beyond R5726 it displays the error shown
below in the two images.

--------------------------------------

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)
The last revision that worked for me was R5756 and older ones.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The problem just appeared like that,

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?

The program crashes with error messages when i launch a game, error shown below
in the two images
This happens in any version after R5726 including the latest one, R5764.
Showing some "pcsx2-r5764.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program
to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is available" message after a while" error.

I cannot copy and paste the program log text after the program crashes and
exit, but here is some info before launching a game.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?

The default plugins included, changing them wont fix the problem as well,
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, R5727 (the rest and even latest one R5764 are the
ones that have problems)

I tried EVERYTHING like:
1. Reinstalling Windows
2. Reinstalling and installing latest Visual C++ 2012, Net Framework
3. Updating GPU Drivers and DirectX
4. Switching to integrated graphics
5. Turning off ALL useless background processes
6. Trying using different plugins, speed hacks etc

nothing out of all worked...
