Some of the keyboard letters are missing when you are suppose to type your
name, and in the races if you dont accelerate it runs perfectly at 60 solid
fps, but whenever you start accelerating it drops to 30fps.
4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
PCSX2 1.1.0 Revision 5766, Windows 7 64bits, plugin is GSDX 5764

Any other games run really great, this is my computer specs:
Core 2 Quad Q6600 3.0ghz
GTX 560Ti 2GB VRAM
4GB DDR2 800mhz
