Graphics problem #1454

Its hard to explain this problem so i attached a screenshot. I have tried 
multiple different games and tried to mess around with the settings to make it 
work. When I researched this problem, I couldn't find any similar to this but I 
had seen that people recommended to try the rendering option (F9) but still no 
luck. Help please!

F9 does work, if it isn't doing anything for you i'd suggest you have a media 
keyboard so the F keys don't do the F functions unless you turn "F-Lock" on.

Another sort of solution is setting skipdraw to 6 or 7, this seems to get rid 
of most of the garbage.

Anyways, this is a known issue with gsdx which isn't easily solvable, so im 
marking as such. For further support please use the forums at 
http://forums.pcsx2.net
