SPU2-X possible problem with Fatal Frame 3 #1460

Summary of issue: Apparently listening to the cassette tape whilst using SPU2-X 
causes the game to freeze with what looks like an IPU error, but changing to 
ZeroSPU2 apparently gets around the problem.
