crash mind over mutant shadow issue

i always use the latest pcsx2 

In this game there is a strange black shadow surrounding crash and most of the 
other characters in the game, it happens all the time from very start of game, 
iv tried the skipdraw and other fixes but none seem to work. The only one that 
did work is software mode but the game runs very slow

it also happens in (crash of the titans) and (crash tag team racing).

i have the proper game but i made myself a mdf file of the games as i find it 
easier to run straight from my pc

i hope someone can have a look at one of those games, as the three all have 
same shadow issue.

i dont know if this will help but my pc specs are

cpu amd fx6300 6 core oc to 4.5ghz
gpu is gtx 760oc
12gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz

This  is just one of those games that can only be played in software mode.

il just have to put up with the shadow problem then, il stick with hardware 
mode dx11 as it runs perfect speed
