Sandlot's games: Blur effect breaks in GSdx hardware mode #1465

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)
Not in this respect.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch PCSX2.
2. Go to "Config - Video (GS) - Plugin Settings...", and set the Renderer to 
"Direct3D11 (Hardware)".
3. Select any Sandlot-developed game (via "CDVD - Iso Selector - Browse..."):
3.a. Tekkōki Mikazuki: Trial Edition (tested by me)
3.b. Gigantic Drive/Robot Alchemic Drive (tested by me)
3.c. Earth Defense Force
3.d. Tetsujin 28-go (effect appears to be present in YouTube videos of this 
game)
3.e. Earth Defense Force 2/Global Defense Force (effect appears in widescreen 
thread screenshots at

4. Go to "System - BootCDVD (fast)"
5. Go in-game.
6. Look at surrounding objects (e.g. buildings, mechs, etc)... in most of the 
affected games, only distant objects are impacted.
7. Press F9 to switch into GSdx software mode.
8. Take another look at the same objects.

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
In GSdx hardware mode, a hideous line doubling effect will appear around the 
outlines of the aforementioned objects. On the other hand, in software mode, 
the same outlines will appear blurred (intended effect).

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
PCSX2 Version: R5766
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit)
Plugins: Defaults

5) Please provide any additional information below.
-In the games I tested (3.a. and 3.b.), setting skipdraw to 1 fixed the issue. 
I presume the same hack would fix the other games as well.
-The reason I opened this issue was to see if it'd be possible to integrate 
skipdraw 1 as a preset hack in GSDx's hardware mode for all of Sandlot's PS2 
games.

6) Attachments.  *IMPORTANT!*  We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please keep attachments to UNDER 200k!  Do not upload
blockdumps!  Do not upload MP3 dumps or screenshots in BMP format.  Try to
use 3rd party image hosts for screenshots when possible.
I've provided screenshots of the games I tested below.

If you could test all the affected games and provide crc's along with the game 
names and regions we could possibly add a CRC hack yes.

If it works with skipdraw=1 there isn't much we can do about it beyond suggest 
you use skipdraw=1.
