official ppa for pcsx2, snapshot 5826, wont load cheats anymore #1468

before the update everything was working but now it can't load pnach files, 
just says:

"Overall 0 Cheats loaded"

Its being modified again,  but for now you can just make a copy of your cheats 
folder so you have one in the pcsx2 program folder and one under  my docs/pcsx2
