Silent Hill 2: Flickering textures in software and hardware mode. #1478

Tried different versions of PCSX2, options and hacks – nothing helps. Some 
textures are annoyingly flickering. Example: textures of manhole on the ground, 
door jambs inside hotel rooms (doors to the balcony), background behind the 
wooden stand during cutscene, when James gets the knife.

Also, flashlight is broken in hardware mode.
