Lego Racers 2 Hardware Mode error (PAL SLES-50433 )

The intro movie works well but all the 3D graphics (in HW mode) don't appear in 
any case (Menu items,in game etc...)

To play is required to stay in Software Mode

Tested on last svn ( 1.3.0.5927 with gsdx plugin release 5932 )

On Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40 Ghz
Graphic card Gigabyte GTX 760 @ 1.1 Ghz 2GB GDDR5 @ 6 Ghz (Nvidia Based)
16 GB Ram DDr3 @ 2400 Mhz

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simple boot the game (iso or disc are equal)
2. Select Language
3. Any game mode
4. New Game
5. Enter yor name
6. Now the 3D graphics don't work

I attached a log.txt (from emulog) explain the problem well.

I had the same problem, you just have to change directx settings (by going to 
config -> video -> plugin settings) and change from directX 11 (hardware) to 
directX 11 (software). Graphics is worse but it works :D
