GSdx OGL: renders upside-down image to a tiny area on the upper-right corner #1494

GSdx OGL renders upside-down image to a tiny area on the upper-right corner 
(see attached picture). Both in game (tested with FF X) and in PS2 boot menus. 
Both in windowed mode and full screen. Tested with GL Hardware output, GL 
software and SDL software. (GL Hardware also renders corrupted picture, but at 
the moment this is irrilevant).

Infos from console:

glX-Version 1.4 with Direct Rendering
Supported Opengl version: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 10.2.5 on GPU: Mesa DRI 
Intel(R) Haswell Desktop x86/MMX/SSE2. Vendor: Intel Open Source Technology 
Center
Note: the maximal version supported by GSdx is 3.3 (even if you driver support 
more)!
Buggy driver detected. Geometry shaders will be disabled

INFO: GL_ARB_separate_shader_objects is supported

INFO: GL_ARB_shader_image_load_store is not supported
INFO: GL_ARB_clear_texture is not supported

Tested on official 1.2.2 release and 1.3.0-20140818023333 git. OS: Linux Arch, 
GPU: Intel HD 4600, CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz . ZZ Ogl PG 
isn't affected.
