Certain HuneX's games not booting without "WaitCycles Sync Hack" activated #276

[The following is a template to help you fill out a more informative
report]

Note:
Many games do not run yet, or have known problems. Please do not report
those games without giving any more information. That means reports like
"Game XYZ crashes" are not helpful. Instead try to include as much debug
information as possible. The last 5 console messages for example, or if the
crashes can be circumvented / fixed by another configuration would help
much more.

--------------------------------------

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)

Not that I know of.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

Disable the hack, neither boot without it, likely other games from HuneX or
not suffer from this same problem, really strange behavior considering the
hack says it can cause boot problems.

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you recieve)?

Black screen (see the dumps, enable/disable the hack), apparently only the
"Hello!" ones ones fail to boot, not sure if the booting issue resides on
the hack itself or it is bypassing a bug which resides elsewhere.

Lamune and Moonties (and Clannad probabily) are also HuneX's games and seem
to be running without problems, though those are builded different.

Kyuuketsu Kitan Moonties (Log just for comparison, works regardless of hacks)

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system?

Tested on r829 and r1397 neither will boot without the hack disabled,
Windows XP Professional SP3.

5) Please provide any additional information below.

This was difficult to stumble upon, I would hardly have see these kinds of
errors if it weren't for other non-booting visual novels (Princess
Concerto/Asobi ni Iku yo!)

6) Attachments. *IMPORTANT!* We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please keep attachments to UNDER 200k! Do not upload
blockdumps! Do not upload MP3 dumps. Use 3rd party image hosts for
screenshots when possible.

Attached block dumps of Canaria and Wind up to the intro logos, I have
other games from this company, but I really don't know which ones have the
same issue since I though all worked fine until I double-checked.

Closed due to the WaitCycles Sync Hack going away, and feedback on r1485.
