Regression: KG:MMBRZ TLB Miss on loading battles #318

1) Did the game ever work correctly?

Sort of, up to rev 963.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?

TLB Miss happens on rev 965 onwards when trying to enter a battle right
after the loading screen (I don't have 964 to test).

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you recieve)?

GS window closes, emulation stops, game dies:

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system?

Happens still on 1526 / Windows XP Pro SP3.

5) Please provide any additional information below.

Game title is Keroro Gunso - Meromero Battle Royale Z [J], the game had a
variety of other random console messages and issues which might be fixed by
now, just commenting in case some other issue arises.

Making a block dump of this game is difficult, there are random characters
speeches when entering to any character selection screen, and at least
three different loading screens, ignoring modes with random adversaries.
The battle will load even if the speeches are not in the block dump.

After passing the Press Start screen, scroll to select the weight
(Training/レーニング) on the menu, this is to avoid random adversaries,
press all Circle to ensure all the options are defaults, character should
be P1: Keroro (Green Toad) / COM: Giroro (Red-dish Toad), stage is the house.

Tell me if the block dump is no good, I'll see what I can do, a savestate
would avoid all the random blockdump issues, but I don't know if it's good
for debugging.

I missed to write "TLB" properly on the title, ignore it along with the 
savestate
comment, it won't make any difference.

Got Runtime error now. 
Tested it with virtually everything:
PCSX2 r2271,GSdx r2270 (HW/SW),ZeroGS, SPU2-X r2217,PeoPs
SPU2,ZeroSPU2,SuperVU,roundmodes,clamping,EEint,VUint,EE sync hacks,IOP x2. 

Core issue for sure

Tested on r2809 and it's fixed (by r2801?), thanks.

Very unrelated, but note this game has the same introduced issue with GSdx as 
with
some of the Dragon Ball games where characters display seams.
