King of Fighters XI (PAL/NTSC-J) - 3D stages bugs #456

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
- At least not for me. I've being said that it worked perfectly on 0.9.5 r607 
with 
GSdx 0.1.14 r896.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Practice mode.
2. Choose ESAKA1 stage and press Start.
3. Observe the background.

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you recieve)?
- Distorted/missing/transparent textures on 3D objects in the game.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system?
Official 0.9.6 release, beta rev1888, both downloaded from official site. 
Windows XP SP3.

5) Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried Software rendering, ZeroGS plugin and some of the pcsx2 options 
(the ones I understand). I will greatly appreciate any help.

Forgot to mention:
- Some textures remain broken all the time (some buildings), while others 
(moving cars) 
are flickering.
- GSdx plugins I've tried: GSdx 890 0.1.14, GSdx 1873 0.1.15.

This also happen in kof 2002 um in krizalid stage i will upload a pick later,by 
the way i didn't know that this web exists like dolphin but you will work like 
the kids of dolphin?.

Does it have the same problem with the (Software) renderers in GSdx?

the devs are already working more than enough on this (more than the guys at 
Dolphin will ever do).

I hope you guys can fix at least god of war games and this kind of games 
too,but its too complex to me now too many options in the emu.

The problems are still present irrespective of GSDX mode or backend, although 
the problem manifests slightly differently depending on which is chosen.
