Ratchet and Clank 1 and others(PAL) #563

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?

No, at least i think

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game
2. Try to play

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?

Simple.
Until you get into the menu or ingame, the graphics are perfect.
But when you get into the game (3D), there are a LOT of graphics not being
showed correctly.

but, as i testes, only the long distance graphics or the ones that aren't
very close to the camera are the ones that doesn't show up right.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?

SVN 2555

5) Please provide any additional information below.

Well, the console dosen't show up anything unusual.
But it's not just this very game that has dis problem, more ratchet's have
it too.
But as i said, it's only the long distance graphics that are messed up.

I don't think that this is a graphic plugin problem, but it's in the core
of it, because GSDX and ZeroGS, bouth behave in the same way, with or
withou hacks (even the Zero GS Hacks).

If you need debug, i'll search how to do it, and post the report here.

I can add only that both PAL and NTSC versions have this very issue...
Looks like the game have some kind of LOD algorithm, but it fails... Hence, 
textures 
got corrupted at long distances...

Caused by unsupported "custom" mipmapping that only a select few games use.
