[Regression] Rumble no longer works in Midway Arcade Treasures 3 #669

This worked fine back in r1888 but in recent svns, there's no rumble in
the various games in this package. Works fine for other PS2 games, just
not this one. Probably because this is a special case and your emulating a
game that's emulating itself?

This is using the lilypad plugin. Let me know what other info you need!

Replacing the latest build of the plugin with the one from the r1888 package,
brings
rumble back. So it's the plugin itself (the .dll) that has changed and broke
rumble
in this game and of course possibly others. Hopefully another clue that helps
this
get fixed someday! :)

Ok, after checking out Orleans site and trying many revs, I found where it was
broken - in between r2050 & r2060 - 100% positive. I don't see anything in
those 10
revs that blantly broke this but maybe you guys can. Hopefully, this can get
reverted or adjusted to bring back proper rumble in games. Thanks!!

Will have to do a proper regression test with this. Some time :p

The revision check doesn't really make sense. Nothing in those revs should
affect
lilypad behavior. So either the DLL from r1888 didn't fix the problem, or the
revision
that breaks rumble is somewhere outside r2050 and r2060.

Or the problem is somehow very weird and complicated. I'm not sure which quite
yet.
