GS load issue. #755

With GSdx selected, pcsx2 hangs at "Loading plugin"

ZeroGS and ZZ Ogl tell me: "(pxActionEvent) CDVD plugin failed to open.  Your 
computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible 
hardware/drivers.(thread:EE Core)"

And it hangs there. 

I have a r1500ish build that works fine. The beta build from the website gives 
me the same issues as the version I compiled.

Oh and, another thing I noticed, is that it says i have 16 physical cores? That 
can't be right.

Forgot to mention what the log doesn't: using Win7 x64, 4GB DDR2

Running as administrator doesn't fix anything. I tried with following gsdx 
settings: D3D9 and D3D10/11 Hardware, and D3d11 Software, manual and native 
internal res, nothing works. 
From GS settings, I tried "disable framelimiting" and even "disable all gs 
output" and it still hangs in the same place.

Silly me. I got ZeroGS and ZZ Ogl to work (based on the error), but GSdx still 
hangs in the same place. 

Also, I blame google for the lack of an edit button.

Yeah. Same here - Phenom II 945 4GB RAM, Win7x64 - Ati Radeon HD 4570.

r3260 is fine ...
Maybe r3270 broke it ...

r3266 doesn't compile, r3267 is broken. Going further back.

r3264 doesn't compile, r3263 works. 
So it's somewhere between r3264 and r3267

as i tested ists 3264 and its not a gsdx problem its pcsx2 problem

Insufficient ressources for ZZogl and ZeroGS is issue 750 -- missing shader 
file. Put it in plugins directory and issue would be solved.
