Spectral Force - Radical Elements - SLPM_656.69 - Game stop the run after load #776

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)
A: Still happening (older and new) version of pcsx2.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just select iso-game
2. Run

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
A: After the game runs out, appear the screen reading and loading memory card 
data and then black screen and nothing happens.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
A: PCSX2 0.9.7.r3325 - Windows XP SP3

5) Please provide any additional information below.
A: ISo-game runs on HD

Same as your other one, see if the "Skip MPEG Hack" works.

Come to think of it, retest all of the games you filled out reports for with 
that hack enabled, and see if they work. A lot of movies will still lock up the 
emulator; if they work fine with the hack enabled then that's a good thing, as 
all you'll be missing out on are the movies.

Related to issue 330, it should still be present among others on a variety of 
Idea Factory games (ex: Tsuki wa Kirisaku).
