zzogl-pg can't handle KoF2k2:MI #779

Background layers, menus and HUD don't show correctly on the latest versions of 
zzogl-pg, fighters' sprites and special moves work ok but there's no background 
or it's buggy.
It happened on "NeoGeo Battle Coliseum" (NTSC/U), "The King of Fighters 2002: 
Unlimited Match" (PAL/J) and "The King of Fighters XI" (NTSC/U).

No apparent error message is show on the console or plugins logs. Tried all 
games on the post 0.9.7 svn versions, none worked. 

The last version of zzogl plugin that worked correctly with those games was 
"zzogl 0.18.165" but it segfaults after a few minutes on my system.

"KoF: Maximum Impact" is a 3D game.

"KoF2k2: UM" works better than "XI" and "NGBC" but it suffers a heavy hit on 
fps when lifebars are on screen (about half speed) and there are transparency 
glitches as you can see on the attached screenshots.

Cripes, we have our issues quota lifted from 150mb to 250mb for less than an 
hour and someone uses 3mb of it on this crap.  Thanks.

This is now down to just KoF2k2:MI. The rest of the games were due to 
strict-aliasing issues.
